Lindsey Joe, RDN, LDN

Co-Founder & Registered Dietitian

Lindsey is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and employee wellness expert in Franklin, TN. She graduated from the Dietetic Internship program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and prior to this, earned her B.S. in Human Ecology from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a CDC Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach and past TN Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Nashville Media spokesperson. Lindsey is passionate about helping people ignite the healthy that makes them happy and you can follow all her food-filled adventures at @themealplanningmethod.

Karman Meyer, RDN

Co-Founder, Tasty Food Creator, & Registered Dietitian

With fifteen years of experience in the nutrition and food industry, Karman has extensive experience with recipe development, nutrition writing, and culinary instruction. Her goal is to help others feel more confident in the kitchen and focus on the good in food rather than fearing it! Karman has been featured national publications and often appears on local television networks. Her first book, Eat To Sleep: What To Eat & When To Eat It for a Good Night's Sleep, was released in May of 2019. Karman graduated from Miami University of Ohio, and completed her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
