The mission of NourishWell Network is to improve health and wellness through learning. We curate and provide nutrition and health based courses that anyone anywhere can enroll in.
We need rules to keep our platform and services safe for you, us and our community. These Terms apply to all activities on the NourishWell Network website and other related services.
Course Enrollment
When you enroll in a course, you get a license from us to view it via NourishWell Network (hosted on Thinkific) and no other use. Do not try to transfer or resell courses in any way. Access to the course is determined by each instructor and details are listed on each individual course.
Online Course & Support
All courses, both live and on-demand, and all other content provided via NourishWell Network should not be used to diagnose or treat any health condition, and should not replace individualized medical nutrition therapy or professional medical advice. The information and suggestions in the courses and provided are intended to supplement, not replace, the advice of a trained medical professional. NourishWell Network and the course instructors disclaim any liability arising directly or indirectly from the use of this online course or from the support group.
For culinary classes, always follow safety and commonsense cooking protocols while using kitchen utensils, operating ovens and stoves, and handling uncooked food.
Privacy
Client information and communications are confidential unless we receive your advance permission to disclose or except as required by law. All conversations and information exchanged is confidential.
Pricing & Refunds
Course prices are determined by our instructors based on guidelines provided by NourishWell Network.
If the course you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 15 days of your purchase of the course, that NourishWell Network apply a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a credit or as a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 30-day guarantee time limit has passed.
If we issue refund credits to your account, they can be applied towards your next course purchase on our website. At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of a course that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a course, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services.
Payment
You agree to the designated course fee at the time of purchase. Payment is made through PayPal and must be made in advance of services.
Copyrights/Content Ownership
Course materials belong to course creators and can not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without the consent of owners.
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify NourishWell Network officers, directors, course instructors, and representatives from any liability
whatsoever resulting from your participation in purchased courses, including but not limited to medical expenses. You accept the risk of any decision, action, or outcome based on the course and the information within it. You acknowledge that expectations and results or participation in the course vary among individuals and that each individual may not receive the same benefit.
